Week 12 Reading Reflection

    This reading was about building a business growth strategy. The chapter centered on how to take an entrepreneur's approach into developing better processes towards growth. The chapter like the entire book focuses on management for entrepreneurial growth and applications of strategic planning for future ventures. I was confused on the part where bureaucratization and decentralization and I didn't know how it was applied to a more growth-oriented approach. I had no questions about the chapter. I didn't disagree with a single thing the author wrote given that the chapter was mainly on entrepreneurial growth.
